Mini Piling
Where piling is required but there is limited access and minimal head room and space to work with mini-piling is often the most appropriate solution. It is generally considered to be the most cost effective solution even where no restrictions are in place, due to low mobilisation costs. In some scenarios the noise and vibration that naturally occur during piling work can be avoided, ensuring minimal disruption to adjacent properties.
The weather conditions experienced in the UK mean that we see a significant number of poor foundations and subsided buildings that require strengthening through underpinning.
Underpinning
